K-1 Fiancé(e) Visa

K-3 Nonimmigrant Visa for a Spouse
In order to obtain a K-3 visa, a petition for alien relative (form I-130) must first be filed and submitted to a U.S Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) “lockbox” on behalf of the foreign spouse.
