  Anurag Jain serves as Chairman of Access Healthcare, a revenue cycle management services company, where he has led its growth from just over 100 people in 2012 to more than 15,000 people today. He is also Managing Partner of Perot Jain, LP, a private investment organization providing early-stage capital to high-growth, technology-oriented companies.

  As the Vice-Chairman of the Board of Access Healthcare, Vardhman is responsible for driving the company’s overall strategy, growth, and profitability. He is actively involved in driving Access Healthcare’s vision to deliver efficient healthcare administrative services by applying technology, operational and financial rigor. He has led the development of arc.in, an industry-leading end-to-end business process, human performance, and robotic process automation suite.

  President and Managing Director

  Shaji Ravi is the President and Managing Director of Access Healthcare. To this role, Shaji brings over 20 years of experience and drives operations excellence, technology solutions for our customers, oversees the strategic direction for the company. Having founded Access Healthcare in 2011, he has rapidly grown the team to over 13,000 members in around ten years. He also serves on the board of the company. He is the winner of the coveted "Entrepreneur of the Year" award from the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) for 2017.

  President of US Operations

  Kumar Shwetabh is President of US Operations of Access Healthcare. In this role, Kumar is responsible for developing and leading Access’ direct market strategy for hospitals and health systems. Kumar also leads all aspects of enterprise business of Access Healthcare and onshore service delivery centers.

  Harish Mysore serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Access Healthcare. Harish has a strong track record in corporate development and acquisitions and will be responsible for finance and accounting operations, M&A, commercial banking, investment banking, investor relations, and regulatory compliance in this role. He will also be responsible for corporate development and identifying growth opportunities through organic and inorganic investments, strategic partnerships, and joint ventures.

  As general counsel for Access Healthcare, Catherine McKnight is responsible for managing its legal and regulatory matters. She has extensive experience in acquisitions and joint ventures, outsourcing and software licensing, strategic initiatives and new business ventures, corporate governance, risk management, and healthcare regulatory compliance.

  Senior Vice President of Client Services

  Sam joins Access Healthcare, having held senior management positions across both finance and healthcare. Sam held the role of Vice President, Operations – North Texas and Oklahoma at U.S. Anesthesia Partners Inc. At USAP, Sam was responsible for driving operational improvement and change management initiatives across the region, comprised of over 1,200 clinicians.

  Arvind Perumbala

  Vice President of Business Development

  Arvind brings over 20 years of experience in business development, strategy, solutions design, organizational development, program/project management. Arvind was instrumental in developing Access’s technology suite, arc.in, which includes workflow automation, workforce automation, and innovative business intelligence applications. He has been leading Access Healthcare’s go-to-market strategy for Apps services and Technology.

  Sanjeev Britto

  Chief Delivery Officer - Operations

  Sanjeev is the Chief Delivery Officer - Operations and a member of the founding team at Access Healthcare. At Access Healthcare, Sanjeev has been instrumental in setting the processes and systems and setting up multiple site operations in Chennai, Coimbatore, and Pune. His vast knowledge of revenue cycle management processes, payer-provider interactions, client services, and operations management has contributed significantly to the development of our service delivery workflow, knowledge management, and client reporting tools.

  Gautam Sivaraman

  Chief Delivery Officer - Operations

  Before joining us, Gautam was Senior Vice President at Exela Technologies, where he was heading delivery for the Asia-Pacific region across multiple LOBs like Healthcare, BFSI, Electronic Content Management. He has also worked with organizations like Technosoft Corporation, SourceHOV (Now part of Exela Technologies), Tricom Infotech Solutions Ltd(Now part of Datamatics), Firstsource Solutions Ltd, Vetri Software/Lason India, Essorgi Technologies, Kothari Petrochemicals Ltd, and Tata Chemicals Ltd. He has also tried his hand at consulting for a couple of years, with key focus on Process audits, training & coaching, lean process mapping.
